Summer trip with the Holstee family: inspiration by Alexander McQueen's genius
The NYC part of the Holstee family took the morning off for a little summer trip and we all trekked to the MET and got inspired by the genius of Alexander McQueen and his incredible pieces of art aka dresses. Plus, we waited in line for over 3 hours, which was great team bonding ;-)

I was strolling through tumblr about to post a new boombox song when I came across a post about Rainbow Eucalyptus - it is amazing! Mind-blowing to see so many beautiful naturally occurring colors in a tree! It looks like the graffiti art of nature! Straw vs Gold
A long time friend, Kira Neel, recently recommended the blog, Straw vs Gold to me. Founded by, Chloe Leichman, Staw vs Gold serves as a nice cultural round up, with a bias towards NYC.
