With this limited edition line, we’ve decided to give tee’s of years past, a new life. We’ve collected tee’s from friends + neighbors, carefully inspected them for quality, and gave them a sweet little Holstee touch. Each shirt has been hand silk screened, with a one of a kind print.
Many thanks to Erin for helping make it happen!

A few weeks ago we posted pictures of an interview we did with the folks at PSFK and they just released the video at the recent conference. Here is a link to the great write up they wrote and above is the video!
Today we are adding a new product to our shop- The People Pendant. By design, it is reminiscent of the Peace logo, which gained popularity in the 1960's during the nuclear dis-armament movement in the UK.
This pendant ties together Holstee's guiding values of People, Planet and Product; we created it to serve as a reminder that life is about the people we meet and the things we create together.
The pendant is made in IL, where it is cut from the acrylic scraps of a Chicago sign factory. The ball chain is made locally in New York. The packaging is sleek, minimal and made from 100% recycled paper. As always 10% of all sales will be used to help empower entrepreneurs in the developing world through micro-lending.
A short "behind-the-scenes review": Sun, sun, sun...Holstee T-shirts, FINs, friends, lemonade and even more sun... We spent all Thursday and Friday of last week at our mobile Holstee shop in Union Square Market and it was definitely a success AND A LOT OF FUN, too! A good crowd of interesting, inspiring and creative people, and we definitely took the chance on increasing the Holstee fan base. NYC is now dressed in Holstee Tees and FINs!
Thank you all for coming and for those of you who weren't able to join us - there will definitely be another Holstee trip to Union Square Market soon. We will let you know!
Keveen (creator of Korakor) came and visited us in NYC a few weeks back, and while here he captured a ton of fun footage and produced this amazing video.
You have most likely heard us mention Keveen and Korakor before...he has been a true inspiration and supporter of Holstee from it's start. Keveen is a traveling, love-spreading, music making, video producing, creative genius. Check out his site and subscribe to his YouTube for periodic doses of positive energy and good karma!
Keveen, we love you and are so happy to be a part of the KORAKOR adventure!
We swung into the tents at the 2010 New YorkFashion Week. We didn't have tickets to any particular runway shows, but from what we could tell, runway shows were cool- but the tent was where it's at - and I'm not just talking about the open bar. The Tents offered a great chance to meet new + experienced designers and many others in the industry. We brought along some fins to see what the most particular fashion community in the world thought of the Holstee Fin... and I'm proud to report- it was well received. Check out our recently posted album on facebook to see some of the pictures.
