We have a special place in our hearts for designers who are able to use existing materials and efficiently turn them into beautiful, high quality products.  Our latest curation, the Feuerwear belt, exemplifies this. The founding brothers, Martin and Robert Klüsener, experimented with with jute bags and canvas sails until they produced products like this belt from the plentiful, durable unique fire hose they found no longer being used.

Since we started Holstee, we've managed to become increasingly aware of the incredible amount of good products being made today.  When we say good, we mean in every sense of the word- from exceptional design to production that considers its impact on all stakeholders.  Its true, there's still lots of crummy products made in less than desirable ways - but the best way to bring forward change is it give light to the things we want to see more of, and this is exactly what we plan to do.
